Support for seeking jobs Initial training at the new work place Orientation and mobility training Solve employing problems and intervene at that point; work close with state institutions and private companies
This disunity between seeing disabled and institutions is an important point on which this project will dwell on. Informative panels, conferences and trainings will bring all parties closer. These will be reached with the support of these 3 partners: İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Organisation), MEB (Ministry of Education) and ÖZİDA (Prime Minister Administration for Disabled Person). There will also be a SME in the role of a "Silent Partner", who is ready to employ 2 graduates of the pilot courses phases that will take place at the 11th month of the project. The role of state institutions are very important in Turkey, so it is a must to work close with these three institutions, firstly to provide a proper communication between the two groups and secondly to support all these actions also after the project ending.
This project will raise the awareness of both groups and will help to avoid barriers between seeing disabled people and companies.
